Juliet is a creative and driven Event Manager with over 8 years’ experience in the industry having worked on a huge variety of events for a diverse range of guests; from rock stars to royalty!
Her work involves planning and running events on all scales; creating valued and memorable experiences from concept to completion for guests and clients across the world. Best You Self Care fuses Juliet’s passions; events, wellness and female empowerment! Away from work life she’s wife to a very supportive husband, mum to a cheeky sausage dog named Chester, and loves keeping fit, drinking gin, early mornings and Beyoncé.
Katie is a Fitness Instructor, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer in Shrewsbury. She has had a passion for health and fitness for years and loves motivating her clients with her positive attitude and awesome workouts.
Katie’s enthusiasm and experience in the fitness and wellness industry, coupled with 10 years working in the events industry is the perfect fit for Best You Self Care. Katie is also a huge dog lover and has a black Labrador called Beauchamp.
Sarah is a self-love yoga teacher in Shrewsbury. She is passionate about helping women to fall in love with themselves exactly as they are by teaching self-love and body positivity practices.
Sarah has come a HUGE way with her own self-love journey in just 2 years and is now dedicated to helping other women do the same.
She shares her unique message of self-love and body positivity with the world through yoga, workshops, retreats, public speaking and writing.
Here at Best You Self Care, we understand that things seem a little uncertain and maybe even a little scary right now. There seems to be a sense of panic in the air and anxiety levels are at a high.
However with a calm mind and an open heart we can support each other to face this pandemic together. Uniting in compassion and peace instead of fear and judgement.
